  3. Monitor fluid intake: Pay attention to your body's signals and monitor urine color. Pale yellow urine is a good indicator of proper hydration.
  4. Environmental considerations: Adjust your fluid intake based on temperature, humidity, and altitude. Hotter conditions require increased fluid intake.
  5. Electrolyte balance: Include electrolyte-rich beverages or snacks to replenish minerals lost through sweat. Sports drinks or electrolyte tablets can help maintain electrolyte balance.
