​Our company embarked on a remarkable journey by participating in the Sustainable Solutions for Pilgrims Challenge, situated in the MENA region. This competition drew diverse companies from across the globe, totaling nearly 400 participants. Against the backdrop of stiff competition, our company proudly advanced to the finals, an achievement that felt like a whirlwind dream come true.

For those unfamiliar, the term 'pilgrim' in this context refers to Muslims who undertake the obligatory annual pilgrimage to the sacred city of Makkah, Saudi Arabia, a once-in-a-lifetime endeavor for those with the means and physical capability. This monumental event, spanning seven days, stands as the largest annual congregation globally, uniting millions of Muslims worldwide. With approximately 3 to 4 million pilgrims undertaking the Hajj each year, the demand for various services, particularly in the F&B, technical, and digital sectors, is immense. Hence, the challenge was conceived to address the escalating needs of this growing pilgrimage.

Our journey during this event was marked by encounters with industry titans, ministers, diplomatic envoys, and CEOs of prominent companies such as Saudia Airlines, Flynas, and King Abdullah Economic City, among others. Their presence underscored the significance of the Hajj and Umrah Expo, providing an invaluable platform for networking and brand exposure across the MENA region.

We extend heartfelt gratitude to the organizers, partners, Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, University of Business & Technology, sponsors of the innovation team, as well as media and press agencies whose collective efforts made this event possible. Through their support, we had the opportunity to showcase our products, notably our sustainable aluminum bottles, offering an eco-friendly alternative to single-use cutlery, particularly crucial in large-scale events. Additionally, we unveiled our electrolyte innovations, further underscoring our commitment to sustainability and innovation.
